Hello,
I have contacted IoP publishing departement. This is their answer about Practical Holography, 3rd ed.
"Graham is currently revising the content of
'Practical Holography' and is intending to deliver a revised version to us by August/September. Our provisional publication date is therefore early 2003,
around February or March.."
