Laser Diodes

Does anyone know what product the Coherent DPSS laser diodes came out of? Maybe an old digital copier?

If you're talking about the 315M modules from Mr Gizmo, it was some sort of lithographic system. ( Maybe a photoplotter for PCB manufacture.) Send Sal an email. I talked to him about specs but didn't ask much about the past lives of the modules.

If you're talking diodes, Coherent makes their own but I doubt these are theirs. The original design is from a German company called Adlas which was consumed by Coherent in the mid 90s.
