Hi,
Lasersam and I have two Coherent 315M lasers capable of 40+ and 50+ mW available as well as two Adlas DPY 315 II lasers measured at 75 mW and 115 mW. All have long coherence length and excellent beam quality.

Coherent 315M-40 $750
Coherent 315M-50 $1K

Add $250 for custom fan cooled heat sink mounting and $50 for a control dongle.

Adlas DPY 315II-75 (Lab laser) $1,500
Adlas DYP 315II-100 outputting 110-115 mW $2,500

I also have the big Adlas available...a DPY 425 II-400 with about 650 hours on the diodes for $5K

Sam and I have green SLM lasers at all powers from 10-400 mW ready to ship incliuding pristine tested 315M-100 lasers. Sam tested on his test bench; not just outoputting 102 mW on a power meter at 99% diode current limit. All our lasers have around 10% reserve current or more at 100 mW and are pure SLM on a scanning interferometer with 10 MHz resulution. We have a nice selection of well tested Coherent 315M lasers in stock and ready to box for shipping. Sam Goldwasser has tested all of these and set the laser power with a comfortable reserve margin on the diode current so they should hold present power for some time. We test each laser for pure SLM also so you know your coherence length will be many meters. Lasers are available from 20 mW to over 100 mW and prices start at $500. Who needs a 315M?
