do you have any references from others holographers that have used your diodes successfully?

Sorry, we don't know that whether our customer would also be a member in this forum.
About our laser diodes, we have made several testings, the coherence length is about 40cm, when it is temperature stabilized. The coherence length would be affected by the driven circuit or the power supply you use.

Our 658nm 150mW laser could be ready to shippment (in one week)

For it is diode laser, the beam mode is NOT TEMoo mode. But for it has good temperature-stabilized, the there is no wavelength drifting and mod-hopping.

Could you tell the precise label of the Mitsubishi 660nm diodes, and perhaps point to a data sheet?
Would you also sell in single quantities for testing purposes?

I aquired some of those and my tests say that they are pretty good. These Mitsubishi ML101J27 are quoted as single mode diodes by Thorlabs, though there is no mention of this in the data sheet. I found that they can run decent single mode up to approx 100mA or so, which gives approx 40mW. Beyond that there are regions where one single mode is very strong but there are other low power modes nearby. My results are listed here.
