POLYGRAMA
Polygrama updated the film model photopolymer for security items, green sensitivity is available with back adhesive or (PET Sandwish) with print acceptable coating on both sides, samples are bar coated but long rolls can be outsource service coated with emulsion in US and UK. Below are some images and useful information. Samples are available of both liquid and dry photopolymers with CC or PayPal® payment via http://www.xoom.com .

The new structure is adequate to form a hugged material with enhanced
adhesion to plastics.

Polygrama Film
Bump up.
Polygrama optimized the liquid photopolymer to a form liquid-gel with viscosity 10000~18000 cps or more. So stable transmission gratings (up to 1mm thickness at high viscosity) and reflection holograms can be recorded with good laser beam quality to form excellent optical HOE'S at low cost per unit.
It can be delivered as separated parts (A + B) which are completely insensitive to radiation and when mixed has a ~3mJ/cm² sensitivity. Green, red or blye cyanine dye sensitivity are available and mixed form a full panchromatic emulsion.
New published results will be available at Photonic Journals this year, but the system is now available at minimum 15ml ordering at €10 per ml.
Film samples with this system will be available soon. Below are some characteristics of SM-635R S1 series:
Sensitizer type
Red, tested at 635 nm
Haze (Polymer): <0.3%
Transmission at λ = 600-700 nm: 50% minimum
Transmission at λ = 500 nm: 91%
Holographic data
Dosage for exposure 633 nm: 1 to 3 mJ/cm² @1 mW/cm²
Diffraction efficiency: > 95% (red)
Δn (Kogelnik): ~ 0.06
