That's great news. Would you mind sharing your constant resistance design?

Here is PL530 driver schematic. Left part is PPLN heather constant resistance driver. Basicaly it is a bridge sensed by an op amp. Key componets for stability are resistors R1-R3 and R6-R10, C1 supress oscillations and C2 reduce noise from connection to the laser module. R5 and R6 limit maximum heather current, R16 is for soft startup. Known problems: there are great variations of resistance between individual modules. The circuity must be customized individually by changing the R8. At first time one need the circuity power at reduced voltage (10V), set the R8 and R9 according to be heather current around 80mA (measured U2 = 2.6V at JP2.2). Then slowly rise the supply voltage to 12V, while monitoring U2.
Right part is laser diode driver. Known problems: Do not remove connector to the module, when powered! Maximum seting is approx. 0.6A, which is over maximum recommended diode current. The ADR441 is expensive device, REF03 is cheaper reference, or even TL431 can be substituent. The reason for use of ADR441 is that there will be (in progress) also an Arduino nano based monitor and TEC temperature controler, sharing the same reference. PCB will be designed soon.
Use at own risk!
(Edited mistake: IC1A reversed, again corrected, sorry for that)

Wow , Super thanks for posing your hardwork!
The electronics build is beyond my scope, how many laser heads for a couple boards?😀

What is the value of L1?

John K.: L1 value is not important, any value over 100uH is fine, it can be omitted (replaced by wire) in case of low noise 12V PS.
Holomaker and others: I will be glad to make some boards for you. Exchange for holo/laser related items are welcomed. At this point, I'm finishing PCB layout and I'm unable determine the board price/exchange rate now. Bare unpopulated PCB will be for couple $, price of complete tested boards will be strongly depended on used parts - 5ppm resistor cost approx. $1, ordinary 100ppm cost $0.0nothing... In case of thermally non stabilized laser heads, some costly components can be replaced by cheap ones, and still it can be sucesfully used to make holograms, at least in short exposure time. If one wants to enjoy full potential of PL530 and beat the parameters of Sapphire, TEC is needed and highly stable components are essential. Send me PM or email, if you are interested in. Anyway, it take me some time to finish the layout and to get all components.

The box looks nice. Could you give us a view of the inside?

this is the inside, what's neat about it is once you tune it (the heater) its stay very stable, with a few seconds warmup. warm up time depending on room temp then it levels out and stays stable

And here is my first prototype, 112mW SLM at Ild=480mA, Rh=39.6Ohm, 16C, many wires inside prototype driver and final (not tested yet) PCB.
