I just found an unopened box of PFG-03C plates with a production date of April 2004 and some Agfa 8E75 NAH from June 1995. Any bets if this stuff is still any good?

I use Toslink (or generic equivalent) optical cables. They are cheap 1 mm diameter multi mode fibers used for linking audio, TV, DVD, etc entertainment components together. Just shoot your laser beam into one end and use what comes out the other end for the reference beam. If needed, you can use a c...

Thanks for the reply. What I'm trying to measure is the residual spatial coherence of a beam after passing thru different lengths of multimode fibers. With a C315M I've made holograms using the up to 50 foot long multimode fibers for both the reference and the object so I know there is some coherenc...
