The problem with mchat is solved.

For de/fr/it/pl/ru chat menus and dialogues are native, for all other languages it's english.

Any of the available forum languages can be used again.

Newly registered users were not placed in the approriate user group. There were 5 more postings like yours. I've checked all users permissions to make sure they can post without having to wait for approval. New users still don't get assigned their default role automatically. I'll address the problem...
