The Agfa is probably good. The PFG probably not. Check out some links to the wiki here written by Jeff Blyth about reviving them, plus there was a Facebook discussion on some PFG revival recently. And there is the seminal paper on reviving plates here: http://edweslystudio.com/Publications/recycle.pdf

I just found an unopened box of PFG-03C plates with a production date of April 2004 and some Agfa 8E75 NAH from June 1995. Any bets if this stuff is still any good?
